Results for FFL 2009-10
Dear FFL'ers...
So, another season over and a new name on
the Trophy (sorry Mrs Jones and Mr Bartholomew - but a VERY
poor defence of your crown)!
Many thanks indeed to everyone who entered
this year's competition. I do hope you've enjoyed it and
(some!) of the banter!!!
So, to the results....and many thanks
to those who came along to The Fox on Sunday 23rd May for the
presentation - a great turnout of some 21+ people (a mixture
of players and W.A.G.S.), to witness the crowning of the New
Champion and the delivery of the invisible Wooden Spoon......

A very big thank you to Mr Groom for putting
a generous amount of his Prize Money behind the bar for those
present to enjoy.
Unsurprisingly, given her recent run of
form, Stephanie Webb came in last on 13 points, but thankfully
not on her own; being joined by Chris Gibson (Snr)...so a
ceremonial snapping of the invisible Wooden Spoon took
place...
